Zoltán Sipos

Zoltán Sipos is a Hungarian journalist living in Romania.

Journalist, Editor-in-Chief and Manager of Átlátszó Erdély (atlatszo.ro), an investigative journalism outlet in Romania that focuses on issues regarding the 1,2 million Hungarian community living in Transylvania, Romania. His main topic is the monitoring of grants and the influence of the Orbán government in the Hungarian communities living outside Hungary, as well as the transparency of public funding of local political organizations.

Teaches "Investigative Journalism Techniques" as an External Lecturer at the Babeş-Bolyai University.

2016 Marshall Memorial Fellow.
